Brookhollow Construction Management, L.P. of Frisco, Texas engaged Walker Partners to prepare a feasibility study and report, perform preliminary design, final design, and construction phase services to implement this interceptor project consistent with the Town of Prosper’s Capital Improvements Program.  The project had many challenges which WP analyzed and provided sound engineering solutions.  These challenges included deep bury depths of 40 feet, boring and encasement within a six-foot wide corridor, and an aerial creek crossing that did not disturb the creek banks.  The project was completed on time and under budget.
