Gary C. Graham, P.E.
Senior Vice President
Gary Graham, PE, has 34 years of experience working as a project manager for Texas municipalities. He provides all facets of municipal infrastructure and regional planning for water, wastewater, and flood control. Mr. Graham’s expertise includes planning; project design; preparation of specifications, contract documents, and engineering reports; and field testing. Mr. Graham has years of experience in the application of computer-assisted modeling for evaluating various types of problems, and has developed several computer programs for specific engineering design applications.
Gary is there when you need him. When the City of McGregor was going through personnel changes and lost a tremendous amount of institutional and operational knowledge, Gary stepped in and assisted the City with the day-to-day operations of their infrastructure while helping the incoming personnel learn the distribution and collection systems. Gary’s help allowed the City Manager to function as a City Manager instead of a public works director while the new Public Works Director and operational staff “learned the ropes.”
Gary is currently serving as the City of Lago Vista’s Interim Public Works Director providing the technical expertise and steady hand needed for a City’s Public Works Department to run efficiently. Gary is recognized as a leading expert throughout the state in water and wastewater process design; pump station and lift station design; and large diameter pipeline design.
